The foundation has several planned activities to get you and your family active in the New Year.
We have four initiatives on offer which might interest you:
1. Walking Rugby is a non-contact format of the game for over 50’s. It's a great way to keep fit and meet new people.
These sessions will be FREE and start in the New Year at two different locations in North Wales. For more info please Click Here
2. Fit - Saders an exciting new health and wellbeing programme for fans. Join the crusade to take back control of your health and fitness again.
You can participate in this FREE 12-week health and wellbeing programme starting in the New Year.
You will receive a plan, a blend of online and face-to-face support and accountability required from Crusaders player and fitness coach, Rob Massam to get you life changing results. For more info please Click Here
3. Healthy Crusaders Assemblies will be delivered to primary schools across North Wales. These FREE healthy assemblies will be delivered by North Wales Crusaders RLFC player Matt Reid.
